Position Details & Educational Qualifications

• Faculty

  • Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate degree (e.g., MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology/Psychology, BSc in Agriculture, or B.A./B.Sc. with B.Ed.).

  • Requirements: Knowledge of the local language (Gujarati) is mandatory. Basic computer applications and teaching aptitude are preferred.

• Office Assistant

  • Qualification: Graduate degree (BSW, BA, B.Com, B.Sc.) with basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Tally, Internet).

  • Skills: Typing skill in local language (Gujarati) and English.

• Attender

  • Qualification: Passed 10th Standard (SSLC/Matriculation).

  • Skills: Ability to read and write local language.

• Watchman-cum-Gardener

  • Qualification: Passed 7th or 8th Standard.

  • Requirements: Physical fitness and experience in gardening/gardening tools handling preferred.

Age Limit & Remuneration

• Age Criteria: Generally between 22 to 40 years for Faculty and Office Assistant; 18 to 45 years for Attender and Watchman posts (relaxation applies as per Bank/Institute norms).

• Monthly Salary:

  • Faculty: Consolidated salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹22,500 per month.

  • Office Assistant: Consolidated salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.

  • Attender / Watchman: Fixed monthly honorarium as per RSETI guidelines.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on qualifications and experience.

2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.

3. Written/Demonstration Test: Candidates for Faculty and Office Assistant roles may undergo a basic computer/written test or teaching trial.
